Article I
Name
The name of the council shall be the Philippine Red Cross Youth Council Leyte Chapter herein after referred to as The Red CROSS YOUTH LEYTE CHAPTER

Basic Aim and Objectives
Section 1. The basic aim of the /Chapter Youth Council is to work with the Philippine Red Cross, LEYTE Chapter to develop among the youth the spirit of humanitarianism and social service by giving them opportunities to participate in relevant Red Cross activities within the framework of the organization.
