I have a passion for understanding biological processes from a mathematical point of view, and use that knowledge in an applied way. Some of my interests includes: genetic and genomic selection, quantitative genetics, data analysis, biostatistics, animal production, productive systems evaluations. I have gathered several computing skills under Windows and Linux environments, mainly (but not only) using R programming and statistical software; but I am always looking forward to learn new computer abilities that help me to improve and provide excellence to my work.
