Alicia Maria Garcia De La Rosa is the Senior Director of Connecticut and Rhode Island Recruitment for Achievement First, a charter management organization that runs 25 public, high-performing, college preparatory academies in Brooklyn and Connecticut. She leads a team that recruits and selects teachers and school leaders for the Network’s11 Connecticut and Rhode Island based schools.
