Work experience as researcher and practitioner: over 12 years I have a strong professional background in democratic governance, new technologies and research, as well as practical experience in the field of policy evaluation and international development. My experience includes: - managing teams and projects in the field of democratic governance (UNDP; VAAs); - working as public policy consultant and evaluator (European Commission; Technopolis Ltd); - numerous engagements as expert in civic participation (OSCE/ODIHR; EESC); development of online voting advice applications (VAAs); and other online platforms for research and development (e.g. UNICEF).
