I’ve always been attracted to the idea of applying science to human problems. At the end of my study in applied chemistry, lab table had begun to seem less interesting and the chemistry between people and their jobs more fascinating. Thus, I decided to change my field and studied psychology. I have worked in the recruitment and talent management industry for more than 5 years, ultimately gaining experience in psychometrics and psychological assessment. Currently, I’m responsible for product management at JobMatchMe, where my colleagues and I are proud to help people find a workplace they love.
