In close cooperation with the direction of the project, I have the responsibility for the site engineering tasks: design review material submittals, shop drawings & method statement review and approval.
I have also duty of the animation and the framing of the personnel, relations managing with the client, contractor, manufacturer and site supervisors, development and planning follow-up according to site progress, establishment and follow-up of the reports until the hand over of the project.
