• Participating in the development of the business and its marketing strategy;
• Planning, developing and implementing social media campaigns to meet company objectives;
• Develop and post content to social networking sites (focusing on Twitter and Facebook) and engage in brand related online conversations;
• Reporting, monitoring and measuring the impact of the social media campaigns and the KPIs set for each particular target;
• Managing customer relationship, building engagement and loyalty while growing and maximising the customer database.
