Grew up in Dundee, Omaha, Nebraska. Went to Dundee Elementary where I had amazing friends! Migrated to Lewis and Clark Junior High as it recovered from the 1975 tornado. Moved to Kansas City (Overland Park) in 1976 just in time for the Bicentennial. Went to Nallwood Junior High and Shawnee Mission South. I loved Rep Theatre, A Cappela, Heritage Singers, Varsity Men, and Southern Comfort. I also took some real and some near-real classes like Honors English, Math, Science, German, and Forensics. I made a lot of friends for life through SMS. Spent 2 years at Wichita State University before moving back to KC to attend UMKC and work at Missouri Repertory Theatre (now KC Rep). Moved to C
