About
I am always interested in the research topics of Structural Bioinformatics, especially structure-based drug design. I have been dedicating in the development of new generation of structure-based drug design methods. A non-conventional binding site prediction method I created, LISE, and its online server achieves reliable prediction accuracy. I also created several computational models simulating the behavior of biological molecules, such as microRNAs and proteins. I have abundant experiences in building kinetic models and performing Molecular Dynamic (MD) simulation. This allows me to be able to collaborate with Biologists to reveal the molecule mechanism behind the data of health care, b...
