I graduated from KU in 2005. I am currently teaching in the Kansas City Kansas School District. I married Steve Hewitt in 2006, and we have three dogs: a Samoyed named Mystic, an Australian Shepherd mix named Percy (short for Persephone), and a German shepherd mix named Juno. We are in the process of selling our house, so we can upgrade to a bigger one and start a family:)
