I made the leap in January of 2008 to open my own coaching and consulting company, Changing Lanes Consulting.
Prior leap: moving 1,200 miles across country in 1996 with my husband and then 13-week-old son, Calvin, to go to work for STAR POWER Systems and Howard Brinton.
Leap before that: leaving the security of management position with Maurices, Inc. in 1993 to be in real estate full time.
Leap before that: applying for the prestigious President's Scholarship in 1986 to get into Milwaukee School of Enginee
