• Advanced guidance in flexible endoscopic procedures.
• Investigating marker based instrument tracking in Operating room
• Developing endoscope image mosaicing for small cavity diagnosis and surgical planning.
• Developed in collaboration with team in IRCAD, Strasbourg an Ultrasound simulator to help young diagnosticians practice using the Ultrasound Probe. I have used Boost, VTK and OpenCV during the course of this project.
