Sociologist, in another life, I worked as ICT Analyst at the National Open Source Software Observatory of CENATIC (Centro Nacional de TICs de Fuentes Abiertas). I loved it.
Im an experienced mixed-method research professional with over fifteen years experience of in public policy research, evaluation, service delivery and consulting. From 2008 to 2014, I worked in the field of Open Source Technologies at CENATIC.
In CENATIC Observatory, I have conducted several studies on open source software impact (policy, market, university, government) using desk research, qualitative research, and quantitative methods.
