Born on Christmas day to a father who was born the day after, I was predisposed to love Christmas anyway. But all that fades to the importance of God coming down to us all. I was born in Birmingham Alabama but remember nothing of the South since my parents quickly moved to New York Long Island where my dad as a special agent for the FBI was stationed first in New York City and then in Garden City Long Island. My childhood memories begin in Franklin Square Long Island, East Rockaway and Massapequa Park.
