I strive for development, chance and optimization, and therefore I dont see myself in a job, where the focus is maintenance and keeping status quo. I never just state a problem, I ask why and how, because it is in opinion the best way to formulate a solution. It is difficult to act on: things are like this., but things are like this, because gives a range of things to act upon.
