I'm the Scholarly Communication Librarian at the Lee Graff Medical & Scientific Library. In this position, I partner with the City of Hope research, clinical and educational community by providing: assistance with the NIH Public Access Policy; tools to help authors decide where to publish their research; strategies for copyright management; information about open access journals and other open access options; and educational and technical support of EndNote and other citation management tools.
