I worked as a legal consultant and a private attorney in Brazil for more than 20 years, a period of time in which I could develop a deep knowledge on legal matters connected to companies' interests. My main objective in all these years was to foster companies' performance, accompanying their movements towards a closer connection to consumers, public agents and even competitors, observing, planning and facilitating processes of public procurement, acquisitions and mergers, start ups and contracting third parties.
