I began my career in human resources consultancy in 2009 at Time Management International (TMI) Portugal. In 2010 I was invited to integrate Consulting House, a Portuguese consultancy enterprise. By that time, the company was a start-up in the Portuguese market, specialized in leadership development. During two years I was responsible for developing new training products in leadership, team and personal development. In July 2012 I began to work at Egor – training and consulting – where I’m responsible for delivering behavioural training programs in Portugal and Angola.
