At Express Scripts, my team and I are responsible for the day-to-day development, management, and relationships with our largest IT vendor-partners, including labor and infrastructure vendors, whether onshore or offshore.  All large scale outsourcing relationships for all of Express Scripts, on and off shore, have been managed at one point by our team. I understand supplier management from the initial inquiry through the selection process and implementation to day-to-day management and evaluations.  I have traveled to both India and the Philippines three times in the past 18 months.
