- Inspects to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance, and other standards are constantly met,
- Helps develop wine lists and wine sales promotion programmers,
- Develops ongoing professional development and training programmers for cashier , bar and service staff,
- Maintains appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities, including karaoke rooms,
- To monitor employee dress code and grooming according to the club’s policies and procedures,
- To approve for all supervisors requisition before submitting to Operation Manager for final approval,
- Updates daily sales and generates daily revenue report and compiles .
