Dr. Perez-Litwin, is the founder of the ELLA Leadership Institute, a mission driven organization that advances the lives and leadership of Latinas through innovative programs, research and access to a national network of exceptional women. Dr. Perez-Litwin is a Clinical Psychologist by profession, and formerly held a faculty appointment at New York 
University School of Medicine. Her private practice in New York focuses on women, with a specialty on bicultural Latinas. Dr. Perez-Litwin is an alumna of the NHLI Executive.
