I helped start a small New England ISP in 1995 as a teenager. Moved to California to become Netscape's youngest employee in 1996. Co-founded Tellme with Mike McCue in 1999; acquired by Microsoft in 2007. Founded Swipely in 2009, which rebranded to Upserve in 2016. In addition to my entrepreneurship, I am an active angel investor.
Outside of work, I am active in education reform, having previously served on the state board of education in Rhode Island and on the Board of the Center for Education Reform in Washington, DC.
