I work in the Physico-Chemical Characterization Laboratory at Merck Serono. I'm involved in the implementation of analytical and characterization methods for sub visible particles (SbVP) and aggregation on DS, DP and IPCs.
The analytical techniques I mainly use are Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), SEC-MALS and AF4-MALS, AUC, Dinamic and Static Light Scattering (DLD/SLS), Micro Flow Imaging (MFI), Pamas (LO), FlowCam and Accusizer.
