My Brief Story:
I got introduced to the word of 'Brand Storytelling' in my MBA. Being a blogger, published author since 2011, coupled with my penchant for marketing and branding it immediately seized my attention.
I started exploring how storytelling can be used in branding. I read books, articles on storytelling but always felt incomplete. So I resorted to observing consumers around me, away from me; online and offline. I started noting down my observations in my diary (6 of them!). This was the point when I started getting stories from 'people' as opposed to 'consumers'.
