He has worked as a program Incharge of FUEL NGO, while being a part he has conducted Career Guidance Workshops & Counseled more than 30K + students of X, XI & XII std. at distinct places from Pan Maharashtra & mostly North Karnataka. He was awarded as the FUEL NGO Icon in Oct, 2009 at the hands of Dr. Arun Nigvekar, Ex – Vice Chancellor, University of Pune.
