I am a User Experience designer who is driven by a passion for creating innovative solutions that make a difference. I often take a clear customer-centric approach and visualize the strategic goals so that businesses can best identify, engage and deliver on key customer needs. I work closely with my team to identify these needs by conducting the appropriate research, tightly collaborating with the data analytics team and working together with the clien
