I am a Managing Director of Accenture Strategy, leading the practice for Utilities, Oil and Gas and Natural Resources industries in Spain, Portugal and Israel since 2012. In my 19 years tenure, I have worked in Business Strategy and Operational Improvement programs in oil and gas, steel, building materials and utility (electricity and gas) companies. In the late 90s and up to 2006, I worked in the restructuring of the European steel industry, in post-merger integration and performance improvement programs on cost take-out, supply chain, procurement and sales.
