From February 2007 to December 2007 I was a Guest Service Representative with Osage Casinos.
As a Floor Supervisor, I am one of four that oversee the Guest Services department. Along with assisting with various guest service calls that may entail light machine repair, answering questions, and serving drinks, I help interview new potential guest service reps and handle their payroll and disciplinary actions.
I also assist in covering Shift Manager shifts as needed, which will include all of the above and also assist in overseeing the remainder of the casino, such as the cash cage, tables, player's club, and soft count.
