Dr. Arabinda Sharma is currently working as Associate Professor and HOD, Civil Engineering Department at BRCM College of Engineering & Technology, Bahal. He has obtained his Ph.D. in Soil & Water Conservation Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India. His broad research areas include Geomatics, Water Resource and Environmental Engineering. He is recipient of many scholarships and fellowships (e.g. National Merit Scholarship:1993-95, GATE fellowship- 2001-03, ISRO JRF: 2003-2005, MHRD fellowship:2006-2009) for pursuing higher studies and research.
