About
I am a business architect at the Business Solutions Group, IKEA IT Germany. I previously worked as professor of information systems at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IST, University of Lisbon and as a researcher at the Information and Decision Support Systems group, INESC-ID. My areas of expertise are enterprise architecture, business process management and conceptual modelling, in particular the representation, analysis and (re)design of enterprise models using ArchiMate, TOGAF, BPMN, UML and DEMO.
