I have rich experience in QA testing and process. Worked on multiple projects and change requests for Clients like RBC, TD, BNS BMO, ATB etc..
Currently leading a 5 member team. My team is located at offshore so mainly involved in On-site and Offshore coordination activities.
My main responsibility is to gather the testing requirements from the Clients , provide estimation, resource allocation, preparing test strategy , test plan and Oversees all testing staff during execution.
