At ALMT I have been responsible for the profit centre at Bangalore and has substantially contributed the firm's overall practise in Securities Law & Capital Markets, Private Equity and Mergers $ Acquisitions. Presently, also spearheading the firm's efforts to expand into new overseas offices in the Middle and South East Asia.
