The exposure of working with international group of chain hotels -- Taj, ITC at the beginning of my career, earning international exposure on Royal Carribbean cruises and also worked in ownership property in a senior position has enhanced my knowledge and experience. Sound knowledge, flexibility, adaptability and disciplined style of working is what i have gained in the years spent in the industry also I have worked with different models of kitchen such as volume catering to fine dining and helped me to shape up and face different challenges of industry.
