I have about 15 years of experience in training and development. I presently work as an instructional designer for Element K, in Rochester, NY. We are the second largest elearning services provider in the U.S. I am pursuing a Master's degree in Training and Performance Improvement at Capella University and anticipate graduation in 2009.
