After graduating with computer science and computer engineering degrees, I worked as a researcher in an area called "Information Retrieval". I stopped working in the area about a decade before it came to be known as Search. I then became a development manager at a large IT organization trying to encourage the adoption of something called "The Internet" without much success. I then went to a well known business school to try to learn about business, with moderate success.
