I am an academician, researcher, corporate trainer & consultant in the field of HR & OB. Academically, I am Ph.D from IIT-KGP and PGDHRM from IISWBM. My hobby is to collect books in management field and read those, listening to music. I am an independent thinker, prefer to take decisions independently. Autonomy or independence is given highest priority in my life. I don't like dishonesty. I believe in value system.
