VTEX team has a great UX team, including interaction designers, web designers and front-end developers. We are responsible for designing and managing all product interfaces.
My job is basically communication. Understand the clients requirements, the business view and the users needs. Bring to the team all the necessary information, and plan the design solutions. In most cases, I also like participating on UI development :)
In VTEX, we are very excited about working with UCD tools, like interviewing, prototyping (paper, axure, html/js) and usability testing.
