I am a single mom and a full-time student at the University of Pittsburgh. I will soon have a BS in Chemistry with a focus in Material Science and a Minor in polymer engineering. My dreams growing up were always to earn a college degree and to have kids. I've got my wonderful son and now I'm working to have the degree. I just recently became a member of the ACS-SA, the WCC. Life doesn't always work out in the order you planned, but you can never give up!
