I am responsible for managing projects for Corporate IT Business Applications. I have been managing financial projects more Oracle related implementations and Oracle partners (Synchro and Softway) During the projects, I have had the opportunity and responsibility of managing with local vendors, internal resources and virtual team (abroad). In addition to that, it´s part of my PM scope to manage communicantion with the project team and steering committee (board), project plan, scope, risks and costs.
