Key responsibilities include planing and defining program,product design and development of Auto components, ensure the implementation of APQP and change assessment for the auto components.The major activities involve define program to meet customer requirements, ensure the design of the product, provide 3D/2D drawings as per the design, providing design validation plan to ensure the sustainability of the product, involve CFT in design and development activities, analyzing failure modes and effect on design of the product, conducting DOE for new developments,capturing design & development activities using PLM and taking responsibility for productive output for capital investments made.
