From the customers' point of view there is no separate marketing and sales processes. There is only one unified process which is the customer journey from the very first step to the end of use.
From the customers' point of view your product is all of the values wholly you provide during the customer journey. Including gated contents in lead generation, free trainings in customer on-boarding, and your reputation which gives safety to your customers' decision makers. The product is the customer experience.
