Christine Balagué is Professor and holder of the Social Networks and IoT Chair at the Institut Mines-Télécom (http://www.mines-telecom.fr/en/) Telecom School of Management. She was former Vice-President of Digital National Council (http://www.cnnumerique.fr/en/) in France.
