I have been engaged in the practice of Corporate-Commercial Law since 1993. I can confidently say I have seen a lot and done even more to the commendation and satisfaction of both domestic and international clients. Aside from general commercial/transactional advisory for a significant number of clients, I have advised the World Bank/ Federal Government on policy reform and legislation for Rural Electricity ( under the Electricity sector reforms) and singularly counseled the Federal Government on the Public Procurement Act 2007.
