Andel Newell Carter AKA Dimes is the CEO/Founder/Chairman/President/Composer/producer/Audio Engineer/Mixing Engineering of the whole empire.The foundation of Bamshelz Records was founded in 2002 by Andel Newell Carter, while he was in High School at an early age,now he's a
