Since 2003 I work as member of Computer Science Division at the University of Camerino. I'm involved in several national and international research projects.
Project manager and researcher on ICT-based innovation in the area of e-government. My main areas of interests are in the field of quality of service delivery, Business Process Management, models and languages to support interoperability and methodologies and technologies for complex system design and development.
