Barış ERİÇOK is now a lecturer and he teaches English at the Department of Foreign Languages at Hacı Bektaş Veli University, Cappadocia, Turkey. He has previously taught at Ordu University and at a governmental secondary school. He received his bachelor’s degree from Anadolu University in English Language Teaching and master’s degree from Gaziosmanpaşa University. For his master’s degree, he studied emotional intelligence (EQ) and managerial competencies of school leaders. For his PhD degree, he is currently studying Educational Administration, Supervision, Planning and Economics at Hacettepe University.
