I'm using my passion for running and maintaining a healthy lifestyle to inspire and encourage other Men & Women to use distance running, jogging or walking as a way to gain and maintain a healthy lifestyle while reversing the high number of preventable diseases that run in our communities.
I am an adult distance running coach and a Nutritional Therapist who coach club members in preparation for races from a 5K to a marathon. I use my knowledge as a Nutritional Therapist to assist runners with eating healthy and achieving their fitness goals.
