I have 34 years experience in the chemical industry with the HallStar Company. My current position is the development and implementation of LEAN process improvements throughout the company. The thing I like best about LEAN is the emphasis on the the "voice of the customer". My experience includes Sales Managment, Production Managment, Process Design, and Logistics Managment. The broad experience will be invaluable in developing processes and systems that deliver value to our customers, from their point of view.
