Responsible for controlling and monitoring toll road project worth US$ 770 million with following duties: • Produce comprehensive schedules utilizing project management software and detailed to suit different users or parties • Monitor and track the progress, resources and productivity, and update the progress of works accordingly • Interface the schedule with the project budget • Analyze validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the project • Monitor actual job progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule • Analyze and report productivity and trends • Forecast the impacts on schedule of proposed changes • Recommend policy o...
