ACCOMPLISHMENTS Designed and implemented a new multicultural business resource group for women in technology that resulted in a membership base of 2000 women and men in seven regions. Provided executive oversight of the Bring Your Child to Work Day Program in a total of seven regions; increased participation levels 800 Plus percentage. Served on the boards of three multicultural business resource groups; KP Women in Technology; KP Women Embracing Life and Leadership and KP Latinos Association; over the span of 8 years.
